Our shipping is done by CANPAR. Delieveries are made between 9 am. and 6 pm. EST. Monday to Friday. Ontario 1 business day. Quebec 1-2 business days. East coast 2-3 business days. West coast 3-4 business days. Canpar will send an email with your tracking number. Orders placed after 1:00 pm weekdays, eg. Monday will be shipped Tuesday for deliivery on Wednesday. Orders received after 1:00 pm on weekennds or holidays are processed and shipped the next business day. Any order to USA usually clears within 24 hours but there is no quarantee..
We use Canada Post for shipping to PO Box addresses and RR addresses within Canada. Deliveries are made between 9 and 6 EST Monday to Friday. Canada Post does not allow time specific deliveries (eg. by 1pm). Canada Post does not phone to arrange deliveries. Delivery times (eg. 2 day) are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipment times reflect business days. Shipping to remote locations in Canada, may require more time and an increase in shipping costs, you will be contacted for approval if additional fees are necessary. We will not be held responsible for delays due to weather or other acts of God. If a package is returned to us, we will be charged for return shipping, this charge will be passed on to you and your credit card will be charged this amount. No refunds will be provided for any reason, at any time for shipments or product using this method so you ship at your own risk.
